What is your refund policy?
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within five (5) days of purchase before attending any courses, activities, or events. If you aren’t satisfied within those five (5) days, please email us, and we will refund your purchase. For refund requests beyond five (5) days, please review the Rules and Guidelines document for our policies.
Can I use one membership for another student?
Monthly and annual memberships are limited to the parent, guardian, and one student. Additional student memberships are often provided at a reduced rate.
I have multiple students of all ages. Membership fees are expensive for our family.
We appreciate the challenges larger families have participating in co-op courses, activities, and events. Please contact us, as we can accommodate larger family needs on a case-by-case basis.
Does the Parental Courses cost additional?
Each course will note if an additional payment or extra fees are required.
Does Virtual Courses cost the Same as In-Person?
The base price provided is for an in-person virtual (e.g., Zoom or Skype) course. If the course is in-person, it is likely that it will have extra fees, such as a location fee.
