Curricula, Curriculum Types, and State Requirements

Music and Art Resources

We list various homeschooling resources that parents can review to determine if they would help homeschool their child(ren). We also help homeschooling parents navigate their homeschooling journey. Many resources are available for homeschooling across various subjects and grade levels. We list various references and resources to help parents. However, we do not list religious-based resources.

We list several music and art resources to help you locate educational materials for your homeschool, as well as special education options.

Art-is-fun.com is the dedicated work of a single artist: Thaneeya McArdle (me). I’m delighted at the chance to share with you everything I know about art and art-making. You can see my art all throughout this website, to illustrate the topic at hand.

I’m Whitney, an art educator, artist, and mom to two humans, three dogs, a growing plant collection, and backyard chickens. I live in Atlanta, GA in a 1940’s bungalow where life is chaotic, messy, and wonderful. I taught art for 12 years before returning to grow my side haul to my main haul. I now spend my days developing art lessons and curriculums for K-12 teachers, tutors, and homeschoolers. High school art is special in my heart, but I also create content for elementary and middle school art teachers. Although curriculum development is my primary focus, I still make art and work in my visual journal weekly. Check out my education shop here, TPT shop here, and Instagram here. Thanks for coming along on my journey!
